Cancellation policy

We completely understand that some things in life cannot be helped and you may need to rearrange, or cancel your appointment.

As much notice as possible is best, however we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If an appointment is cancelled and not rearranged, you are will be liable for payment of 50% their total appointment cost.

No show appointments will not be re-booked.

Please arrive on time to your appointment

Please note that if you arrive over 15 minutes late, treatment time may have to be taken out of your treatment, depending on the service.

Some services may have to be re-scheduled due to lateness as it may affect another appointment after yours.

Pregnancy

Please note that we will not provide any services to anyone under 12 weeks pregnant. Once pregnancy has reached 12 weeks and over, we can adapt treatments to suit you.

Consultations

All new clients will be asked to fill out a consultation form.

We will not carry out any services without an up-to-date consultation form.

Your information will be safely logged and stored and no information is ever passed on or shared to third parties.

Some services may require a patch test.

If you are a returning client and have a new health condition that you do not inform us about, we will not take responsibility for any contra-actions that may occur.  

Patch Test

Patch test will need to be carried out at least 24hrs before any tinting can be carried out. Please note this is the same practise for Chemical peels.  

Under 18’s

Under 18’s will be able to have certain treatments on request, however their parent or guardian has to be present through the whole time of the treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Please note all gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.

Vouchers will not be extended.
